This year's event will include a special booth for product demonstrations, comprising with closed-circuit television, lighting and sound. The idea of this space is that, like a gateway into a fashion event, becomes the focus of the assistants to grab your attention and interest on the products.
The participation in this gateway could be in 2 different ways, taking into account that the time allocated for the development of these do not interfere with the academic programming of the event:

  • This is the most important event to be held during 2009 in the Facial Plastic Surgery Area, therefore the most prominent professionals in these fields are gathered here.
  • The best sector companies such as Pharmaceutical Laboratories and Commercial Properties of the area will be present to give their customers the latest trends and product developments, equipments and related services of Facial Plastic Surgery.
  • It is a perfect setting to launch new products and equipment to the market.
  • This is the best opportunity to trade closer ties among its current and potential customers

INVESTMENT AND COMMERCIAL PARTICIPATION OPTIONS.

  REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION
 

SPACE FOR THE COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION

This space will be used by each Investor according to the objectives that the exhibition of its mark in the event has, therefore will be able to set a stand, exhibition of product, etc.
The spaces will be assigned to each participant in the way that this one pays minimum a 75% of the total value of their participation, take into consideration that more early you cancel the participation better options of location and size of stand you will be able to choose.
The distribution of the Commercial Sample Area was conducted in such a way that it is located at an strategic point of the Hotel in which refreshments will be served, so that attendees must visit it in order to take their coffee break, therefore there is not a chance whatsoever so that attendees are lost in the sampling; which in turn ensures the success of assistance.

For the laboratories and pharmaceutical houses the investment of the space is of $ 970 USD / $ 1,100 CND / by square meter and the minimum sold space is of 2x2 mts2.

2X2 (minimum space)   $ 3,880 USD / $ 4,400 CND
3X2 (5% discount) $ 5,834 USD / $ 6,644 CND
4X2 (7% discount) $ 7,615 USD / $ 8,630 CND

If you decide to participate with any of these options, you will receive an additional 10% discount of the normal Price for the 2x2 option, a 5% for the 3x2 option and a 3% for the 4x2 option, if you cancel the 100% of your participation until January 31st of 2009.
In addition to this, we have allocated an area for VIP stands 2 each 6 * 2mts2. In this space the sponsor can display their product with much greater convenience. The value of this Booth Square meter is $ 1,560 USD/$ 1,780 CND for a total booth price of $18,720 USD/ $21,360 CND.
This participation gives you the right to register 2 active members of the SCCPFR to the Congress.

Rights:

To be present in all the publicity of the congress conducted after the payment of the participation, except in the Congress Academic Program or Agenda and Insignias, since these count on their own modality of participation.

Duties:

The publicity that is going to handle each Investor during the event, must be limited to the space that has been acquired, single publicity outside the room in selected sites, will have an additional cost and must have the authorization from the financial committee of the course.

Those spaces will not be able to interfere with those of the deserving Investors of the social events of the congress.
